On : 9.1 version, PeopleSoft Integation to FAH
Verified all the steps from the Oracle Note: "PeopleSoft_Integration_with_FAH" page 60 to 65 and ran the chartfield integration process in PeopleSoft for Department chartfield for testing it. It was successful, however, the log file gave the error message below which looks like it is trying to connect to Fusion UCM server. Have referred to the Doc ID 1665931.1 E-IB: RIDCTargetConnector error when integrating with OHS and UCM: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out which everything seem to be ok however, Page 29 of the Oracle Note: "PeopleSoft_Integration_with_FAH" says," There is a corresponding Fusion Accounting Hub process which will automatically be launched to complete the transfer." This did not happen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: General Ledger ->External System Integration->Export Chartfields->Export Chartfields
2. Populate fields on run control.
3. Run process.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot complete PeopleSoft_Integration_with_FAH integration.
