Information in this document applies to any platform.
An employee is not able to create a new life event after a delete for an existing Activity Guide Instance for that same life event using PeopleTools > Portal > Activity Guide > Manage Instance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login as Employee
Step 2: Add a life event: Self Service > Benefits > Life Event > choose "I had a baby" --> click Continue Later
Step 3: Login as admin
Step 4: People Tool > Portal > Activity Guide > Manage Instance -->Delete the instance have just created
Step 5: Login as Employee
Step 6: Self Service > Benefits > Life Event > unable to create a new life event for "I had a baby"
