Following a refresh of the PeopleSoft database each time there is an attempt to run the RoundTrip diagnostics it fails at "STEP 3: Crawl". There are no errors in PIA, the crawl is launched, the processing wheel is shown spinning on the top-right hand corner of the page. Eventually, a blank page is displayed.
