HCM 9.2 PeopleSoft Update Image 12 which includes Payroll for North America Tax Update 15-B. Date of Availability on My Oracle Support is targeted for Friday, April 10th, 2015.

Translation is included and is not posted separately.

The intent of this document is to describe solutions for problems or questions related to items included in HCM 9.2 PeopleSoft Update Image 12 which are part of Payroll for North America Tax Update 15-B.  This solution applies to customers running the Commercial, Federal, E&G Public Sector, and Campus Solutions products.

This is a living document and will be updated as new solutions are created; please review on a regular basis.

Oracle Support Services will not be able to provide any information until HCM 9.2 PeopleSoft Image 12 is posted, because this information is considered confidential and subject to change until posted.

HCM 9.2 PeopleSoft Update Image 13, Tax Update 15-C is currently targeted for availability on Friday, July 17th, 2015. This solution will be updated if the target availability date changes.

Due to inherent changes presented by PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) for HCM 9.2, we will follow a different concept for user documentation for PeopleSoft Payroll for North America for HCM 9.2.  User documentation will now be delivered through Knowledge Documents.  This will allow us to continue to maintain the high standards and quality that we strive for in our user documentation for PeopleSoft Payroll for North America.


All Images and documentation will be posted to PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Home Page (Doc ID 1641843.2).
