Symptoms
Refunding a benefit deduction only on the paycheck with no earnings and the benefit refund is not being processed.
To be able to refund a benefit deduction to the employee on the paycheck.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter on the paysheet that is only refunding the benefit deduction for the before tax and the non-taxable benefit
2. Leave the Benefit Deduction Taken to Deductions" and ensure the person has benefits billing active.
3. Run the payroll calculation
