ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Maintenance Management Service Request is skewed when adding Supplemental Data

When we add Supplemental data fields to the service request in 9.2, the service request format gets skewed to the right on the page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Page format display should be correct.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Service Request
2. Add supplemental data


BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add supplemental data fields.
