The 'summary chart' in Total Rewards is not showing the correct value. It is double counting so it is overstating the Total Value.
Why did Oracle included in the pie chart for Total Rewards, the employee contributions? It overstates the 'total value' of the pie chart because the compensation an employee receives, as an example is included, but then the employee contribution to their 401k is also being added to the pie but that amount is already accounted for in their compensation.
Does Oracle have any plans to change this? Some users are getting upset that it is 'double counting' and therefore is incorrect when they look at the total value being shown with the summary pie chart. Is there a way to hide the pie chart using configuration?
Also, it would be nice if Oracle could make this piece configurable so a client could decide what goes in the 'pie chart'.
