Symptoms

MT940 Bank Statement Import fails with the following error messages.

Error:
------
Could not insert into the BS_BKACT_PD_EC table
Could not insert into the BS_BKBAL_PD_EC table
Could not insert into the BS_TRANS_PD_EC table

Steps:
-------
1. Navigate to Banking > Bank Statements > Import Bank statements.
2. Import MT940 format file with 0 in SeqNbr field in 28C record,e.g.:28C:3/0.
