E-QR: "Client Setup in Configuration Manager is not Properly Set Up" Error Attempted to Save Excel in Windows Query (Doc ID 1993253.1)

The following error displays in Windows Query attempting to save excel results:

"Client Setup in Configuration Manager is not properly set up. (50,40)"
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Application Designer > Go Query
2. File > Open > <Query Name>
3. Click on the Run to Excel icon
4. Save the results
