Issue : Even though checking off INSTALLATION.MILITARY (Military checkbox in the Installation Table page), records are created in PER_ORG_INS_MIL.

1. Checking off INSTALLATION.MILITARY (Military checkbox in the Installation Table page)
2. Create both personal information and employee information
3. Verify PER_ORG_INS_MIL table. Records are created in that table.
