Symptoms

When attempting to create a purchase order via sourcing, the PO_POCALC process fails when there are multiple items in the Item Master where the Item ID is the same but the Items reside in different SETIDs. And one of the items are inactive. The following error occurs.

ERROR:  The ordered line item is not an active item, please change the line item or activate the item status in item definition component.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Identify an Item ID that exists in multiple SetIDs.
2. Set one of the SetID items to a status of Inactive.
3. Create a requisition in a business unit that references the SetID where the item is Active.
4. Stage the Requisition.
5. Run PO_POCALC.
6. The process goes to Success.
In the Sourcing Workbench, the staged row has an Error status with the following message: "The ordered line item is not an active item, please change the line item or activate the item status in item definition component."
