ETL9.2 Time Admin Using An Old Effective Dated Rule Resulting in Abend

Time Admin using an old Rule Program row ends in an abend with below error:
Record TL_DUR_TMP1 not defined (108,505)
Meta-SQL error at or near position 36 in statement (108,512)
Process 1958830 ABENDED at Step TL_TA_RULES.NTCPRC83.Step07 (SQL) -- RC = ? (108,524)
Time admin should execute only currently active rules from the rule programs which are a part of the current active date row.
1. Employees assigned to a rule program that has multiple effective dates
2. Submit time for various employees.
3. Run time admin based on security group and notice that time admin is executing prior effective dates rules from rule program and not current ones
