FLUID: Unable to Enter State Abbrevations Using Fluid Self-Service for Address Change

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to update Address information in Employee self-service, it will not allow the use of state abbreviations, requiring user to use look-up button. Some states such as NY won't return any results in search and user is unable to cancel the update window resulting in Error displayed:
"Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values.
You can see the allowable values by pressing the Prompt button or hyperlink."
STEPS TO REPLICATE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self_Service > Personal Details > Addresses and enter an address change
2. Enter changes and type in the state abbreviation. You are forced to use the prompt.
3. Enter another change but use the abbreviation for New York.
4. Nothing is found because it looking for a state description beginning with NY. The field should accept valid state abbreviations. It will also not allow you to Cancel the address change until a valid State has been entered.
