EGL: "Scenario ID" And "View Audit Logs" Appear After Logically Deleting Journal (Doc ID 1996980.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After deleting a journal with the new "logical" method, an overlapping set of fields (Scenario ID and View Audit Logs) appears on the journal lines page (JOURNAL_ENTRY_IE2). The "View Audit Logs" link appears in between the Scenario ID label and the edit box itself. In App Designer, it looks like these fields overlap.

However, if you open the journal later, after it has been deleted, those fields do not appear at all.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Scenario ID and "View Audit Logs" should be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. set "Journal Delete Method" to "Logical Delete" under Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > General Ledger
2. delete a journal
3. when "journal has been logically deleted" message appears, Scenario ID and View Audit Logs fields appear on page, overlapping
