Custom Fields On Requisition Not Carrying Over To Purchase Order (Doc ID 1997032.1)

Symptoms

Custom fields on Requisition not carrying over to Purchase Order
When use "Custom Fields" on the Requisition header, they do not get carried forward to the Purchase Order.
 

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following scenarios:

Setup properly to able to see custom field at requisition level.

Test1: copy from Requisition:
1. Create a Requisition and insert custom field
2. Create PO copy from Requisition above.
3. Custom field is not appearing at PO header.

Test2: Running PO_AUTO_SRC:
1. Create a Requisition and insert custom field.
2. Run PO_AUTO_SRC
3. PO created without custom fields at PO header.

Test3: Creating PO via:
1. Create a Requisition and insert custom field
2. Run Requisition auto selection
3. Run PO_POCALC
4. Run PO_POCREATE.
5. PO created without custom fields at PO header.
