Symptoms

When attempting to execute the Mobile Inventory Express issue the following error occurs.

"Caught Exception during ctx.lookup: MIN_EXPRESS_ISSUE. Error: Client SOAP Fault from server: IntegrationServiceClient: SendRequestToServer().AppServer is down (or not responding). Check AppServer URL"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Express Issue in Mobile Inventory and enter details for the issue
2. Save the transaction
3. Observe the error
