Symptoms

Incorrect Numbering and White Space on Document when a Clause has no Title

The following steps will result in the reported issue.

1. Create a clause that has no title
2. Add clause to Document Configurator
3. Create a new contract
4. Add document to contract
5. View document and see the clause is numbered incorrectly
