In line level approval when a requisition has some approved lines as well as has some pending lines and we try to edit a line, all the approved lines goes into pending state.

The situation appears when try to Cancel a DENIED requisition using the RED X on the REQ_FORM page.

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Replication Steps (Using line level approval)
1. Create a requisition with multiple lines.
2. Approve some of the lines.
3. Then edit one of the lines and save.
4. The approve lines which are not edited also goes to pending and is the reported issue.
