Workflow email subject and body values are null when Home Address is added via Self Service .
Navigation: Self Service > Personal Information > Home and Mailing Address
1. Go to Workflow Configurations and click the Notification Setup link for Address Change.
2. Select the checkbox Notify on Success.
3. Sign in as a user without a Home Mailing Address.
4. Go to Home and Mailing Address and add a new Home Address.
5. Update the address info and save.
6. Review the notification email.
7. Note that the Subject is blank, and the body only includes the Empl ID, name, and state.
