Symptoms

PS user (admin) can navigate and do search and can see Portal and Finance Search Definition when doing a search on the Global Search bar via the HUB. But Ordinary user (no admin role) can only see Portal search definitions. On our Portal we didn't deploy the portal related search indexes as not required, we imported our FSCM search indexes residing on same SES server. Super user can see all search categories but normal user cannot.
