Error Message (180,104) When Trying to Approve Requisitions using Mobile Approvals (Doc ID 1998521.1)

Environment Setup:
1) Enable Mobile Approvals for Requisitions
2) Enable Workflow for Requisition
3) Transaction Registry Enabled Email Approval Flag
4) Transaction Configuration- Notification Options Delivery Method = Inline HTML Links

Steps  to Reproduce the Issue:
1)Create an eProcurement Requisition
2) Submit for Approval
3) Log in as Approver from Mobile URL
4) When Approver Submits the Pending Approval Requisition following error is

Requisition: 1
Field does not exist -- PSOPTIONS.LANGUAGE_CD. (180,104)

Case- II (<Bug 20468559> also resloves the following issue reported per <Bug 20781452>)

1. Create a Requisition and Submit for Approval
2. Approve the Requisition
3. Run the EOAWEMC Application engine to process the response
4. Check if the first approval worked-
5. Check for the next approval email

Result:The next approval is not triggered, instead the below mail is triggered that says:
Email Approval process for Requisition XYZ did not complete

Unable to Approve the Requisition

The Requisition no longer requires an approval...
