Pagelets Freeze When Clicking Item from Pagelet While Refreshing Another Pagelet

Symptoms
HCM 9.2 Portal Pack
The pagelets freeze after clicking a name from the Birthday Alerts Pagelet while refreshing the Direct Line Reports Pagelet.
Steps:
1. Enable the Birthday Alerts and Direct Line Reports Pagelets.
2. Refresh the Direct Line Reports Pagelet.
3. While the Direct Line Reports Pagelet is refreshing, click a name from the Birthday Alerts Pagelet.
4. The user is returned to the Home page when the refresh completes.
5. Now click a name from the Birthday Alerts Pagelet again.
6. The user is taken to the following URL, and the pagelet buttons do not respond.
