Goal

When trying to add new constituents via add/update a person, why does the following error display?

(18137,3017) - [Error] - Requested Event (PersonAdded) Does Not Exist in the Registry.
(91,37) - [Error] - Error saving Component Interface. {HCR_PERSONAL_DATA_SRV}
