Issues with Requisition Attachments Sequence On Copied Requisition & Error(180,252) (Doc ID 1999851.1)

Symptoms

Scenario 1: Attachments are not shown in correct sequence to the approver. Also the attachment numbering in the Manage requisition attachment section is jumbled

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1.Create a requisition and add three attachments to it.
2.Save and submit the requisition
3.Copy the requisition with 3 attachments and delete the first attachment and add a new attachment.
4.Save and submit the copied requisition
5.Login as Approver for 2nd requisition and go to Worklist and open the 2nd requisition.
6.Check the attachment by clicking on attachment icon. Attachment is not displayed in correct sequence as added.
7.Navigate to manage requisition and click on 2nd requisition id
8.Click on attachment icon at line level. Attachments and numbering are not in correct sequence. Check point 3 for correct sequence


Scenario 2: People code error while adding attachment to the newly added line item in copied requisition before saving

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Copy a Requisition from an existing requisition with attachments
2. Add a new line item to the requisition
3. Click on the attachment icon in the newly added line item.
4. People code is shown "Fetching array element 2: Index is not in range 1 to 1"

Fetching array element 3:index is not in range 1 to 2. (180,252)

While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the
length of the array.
