FLUID Administrator Approval Email Message Missing URL Link in Message Body (Doc ID 2000511.1)

Symptoms

When an administrator approval email is generated via the Manager Self Service (MSS) FLUID UI, the email message body is not populated with the URL address.  The URL allows the email recipient to click on the URL which routes to the pending approval request without navigating through the application.

This does NOT occur if the message is generated via MSS in Classic Mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a Manager Self Service Transaction via FLUID
2. Submit Transaction for Approval
3. For Transactions that Require Administrator Approval an Email is Generated
4. Open Administrator Email Message to See URL is Not Populated with Link to Pending Approval

If the same steps are completed via Classic Mode the URL is populated in the email message body.
