On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting
When attempting to open timesheet to report time for employee 200024193 empl_rcd #2 they receive the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.navigate to Manager Self Service>Time Management>Report Time>Timesheet and search for Employee ID <EMPLID> for current date <DATE>...two records returned...empl rcd 0 and empl rcd 2
2. click on hyperlink for empl rcd 2
3. this is where the error is given about Invalid date in function AddToDate. (180,113)
Due to this issue, users cannot report the time worked for this employee record to be paid.
