EAM: No Retro Trigger Created when Submitted an Absence Request via Employee or Manager Self Service (Doc ID 2000847.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an employee clicks on "Forecast Balance" and submits an Absence Request, no retro triggers are created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

A retro trigger should be created automatically for an successful absence request.

WHAT IS WORKING

An employee is able to submit an Absence Request (without forecasting) and a retro trigger is created.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. An employee enters an Absence Request and clicks on "Forecast Balance" and submit the request (via Self Service > Time Reporting > Report Time > Absence Request)
2. View "Review Triggers" for your employee (via Global Payroll * Absence Mgmt > Absence & Payroll Processing > Prepare Payroll > Review Triggers)

Note: Issue also occurs for Manager Self Service.
