Business Title on the Employment Data Page Does Not revert to the previous Business Title when previous Job Data Row is deleted

Symptoms

When a user deletes the current effective dated row from Job Data the Business Title associated with the Job Code on the Employment Data page, that was in existence in the previous row, is not restored the Business title that was active on this prior Job Data row effective date

STEPS TO REPLICATE

Ensure that the Position Data Option on the installation table is set to NONE

1. User logs into the system and creates two new Job Codes !SetUP HCM, Foundation Tables,Job Attributes,Job Code Table)
2. Assigns the first new job code to an employee (Workforce Administration,Job Information,Job Data) Checks that the Business TItle on the Employment Data page matches the Job Title on the Job Location Page
3. Inserts a new row into the employees Job Data Row using the second new Job Code. Checks that the Business TItle on the Employment Data page matches the Job Title on the Job Location Page
4. Goes back to Job Data for the employee in Correction Mode and deletes the latest Job Data row containing the second Job Code and Title
5. Check the Employment Data page and the system has retained the Title that was showing in the deleted Job Data row
