When attempting to Drill to Source on the GL Reconciliation Inquiry the following error occurs.
A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing. (2,213) GLRCN_INQ_WRK.DRILL_DOWN.FieldFormula Name:GetDrillData PCPC:7291 Statement:92
Called from:GLRCN_BI_DRILL.Activate Statement:1
A SQL error occurred during processing of the PeopleCode ScrollSelect (or ScrollSelectNew, RowScrollSelect, RowScrollSelectNew) built-in function.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Add a new Inquiry in General Ledger > GL Subsystem Reconciliation > GL Reconciliation Inquiry.
- Create a Run Control ID for Load Reconciliation Data in General Ledger > GL Subsystem Reconciliation > Load Reconciliation Data and run GL_RECN Application Engine process.
- Navigate General Ledger > GL Subsystem Reconciliation >GL Reconciliation Inquiry. Click 'Search' to open the 'Reconciliation Overview' page.
- Click on 'Detail' icon to open the “Drill to Source” page and SQL Error is displayed.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform GL Subsystem Reconciliation.
