EX 9.1/EX9.2: Comment Remains in the Comments Box On Approver Page when Multiple TimeSheets are Sent Back For Revision (Doc ID 2002200.1)

Symptoms

When an Approver send backs multiple Time Reports at same time with Comment, then after clicking on SendBack, the Comments field is not blanked out.


Steps:

1- Create multiple Time Reports and submit for approval.
2- Approver signs on and go to Approve Transactions page.
3- Approver then selects multiple Time Reports, enters Comment and clicks on SendBack button.

Actual result :
------------------
The Comment inserted in the Comments field is not blanked out.

Expected result:
---------------------
Comments field should be blanked out.

Impact of issue :
---------------------
Having the Comment in the Comments field after transaction has been sent back is misleading and causes confusion for Managers; if the comment was for the prior Time Reports sent back or for the new TIme Reports that needs to be checked.
