Second Entry of Member Name on Manage Activity Guide Templates Security Page with a Different Privilege Set ID Does Not Save (Doc ID 2002789.1)

Symptoms

Whena second row for the same Member Name (such as Employee) is entered on the Manage Activity Guide Templates Security page with a different Privilege Set ID (for instance, Contributor and Administrator), it appears to save but does not. User gets no notification that the record is not actually saved.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Enter a second row for a Member Name with a different Privilege Set ID than already on the table (Navigation: PeopleTools > Portal > Activity Guide > Manage Activity Guide Templates, [any Life Event] Properties link, Security tab).
2. Save.
3. Exit the page and re-enter it.
