 The purpose of this document is to answer some questions that might come up when setting up, running, and maintaining Worklist via the WL_REPLICATE program.  It is critical that Worklist be maintained by backup and purge regularly for optimal performance. With Interaction Hub these Worklist can be accessed via the Tasks pagelet, where Users can set preference to only see non Worked Worklists.  These are the more common questions that have come up.

  1. Is there a way to make the WL_REPLICATE Worklist Replication process run synchronously rather than asynchronously to avoid inconsistencies between Content & Portal environments?
