Symptoms
The Update Only output record for a demographic only change is being rejected by the benefits provider due to the presence of the DTP*348 segment.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the BEN100a-HIPAA 834 5010 process after making a demographic only change - e.g. address.
2. There should be no enrollment change, so no HD record-Loop 2300 items should be sent.
3. The DTP*348 segment with a date is included in the output for this demographic change.
There should be no DTP*348 segment.
