Payment Predictor fails when there are item references with multiple lines.

Payment Predictor fails at PP1 step when a payment has an item reference with more than one line. For example, Payment XYZ comes in with item reference ABC123 with line 1 and line 2. The process fails on a SQL which does the min Item ID and since there are more than 2 rows for the same Item, the process fails with unique constraint error.

-- 11.17.26 Process 1059836 ABENDED at Step AR_PREDICT2.ADJUST.ADJ_OVE2 (Action SQL) -- RC = 805
-- 11.17.26 SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PP_ITEM2A_TAO5) violated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a payment and add around 10 detail item references for the payment. Make sure items have multiple lines.
  2. Run Payment Predictor
