This is happening when ARUPDATE processes items with multiple lines. Replication includes standard Chartfield Configuration where some chartfields were activated/inactivated, order of fields were changed and there were name changes. This resulted in differences in the order of chartfields in the SQL definitions.
Steps to Replicate
----------------------------
1. Create an item with multiple AR lines
2. Pay item with bank from different GL BU to create interunit entries
