Symptoms

When attempting to submit a service request from Research Activities in Student Self Service the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Self Service > Research Activities > Research Activities
  2. Create New Request
  3. Select Request Category / Type
  4. Click Submit
