On Detail Calendar page, user cannot change the End Date Default if the # of Periods is defined in PS.

If user sets 4 "Periods in a Year", the "End Date Default" is populated with "Quarterly" and this cannot be changed.

If user sets 2 "Periods in a Year", the "End Date Default" is populated with "Semi- Annual" and this cannot be changed.

If user sets a number of "Periods in a Year" that does not have "End Date Default" defined (ie 5), then user can select any value from drop-down list for "End Date Default" and save the page.
