Student and Their Proxies See Different Hold or Service Indicator Entries (Doc ID 2005937.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using delegated access functionality, student and their proxies see different Hold/Service Indicator entries.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------------
Student and their proxies see same Hold/Service Indicator entries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Set up selected holds to 'Display in Self-Service' by navigating to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Service Indicators > Service Indicator Table.
2) Place both positive and negative Service Indicators on a student's record by going to Campus Community > Service Indicators (Student) > Manage Service Indicators.
3) From Self Service > Student Center > Holds, the student can only see the entries of SIs for which the Display in Self-Service flag is turned on.
4) From Shared Information Center > Holds, a proxy should be able to view the same student's SI entries.  However, the proxy can see ALL (not just those with the display flag turned on) SI entries on a student's record.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

One of the critical business requirements to implement the delivered Delegate Access is that a proxy sees what a student sees of the student's data - no more, but can be less.  Due to this issue, the proxy can actually see more SI entries than the student can.
