E-PSEM: The "multiserverStatus.sh/cmd" Script is Failing to Monitor PIA for OEM (Doc ID 2006212.1)

Symptoms

When trying to monitor PIA's through the OEM in PeopleSoft Plug-in in a distributed managed server environment with WebLogic cluster the second and third PIA's are not being monitored.  In the OEM console, when PIA's have been installed using WebLogic cluster only PIA is showing metrics. The additional PIA's such as PIA1 and PIA2 show no metrics.
