How can you resolve performance issues with the 'RMA Customer Shipment History' page (see navigation below)?

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Go to: Customer Returns, Create/Update RMA
  2. Create a RMA by entering a Business Unit, a Sold To Customer, a Reason Code, and set the Status to 'Open'.
  3. Click the 'Customer Shipment History' hyperlink:

    3.1) Enter Source Bus Unit = USA01
    3.2) Enter Ship Date From/To = 01/01/2000 to 12/31/2014
    3.3) Order Number = <blank>
    3.4) Product Source: System
    3.5) Click the 'Search' button.
