Goal

This document attempts to answer the following questions raised on the parts and setup of the MCF Chat screen:

Tip of the day – Where is it configured?
Text Tray – Where is the setup page to add/update the contents of the text tray?
Push Page button – How does this work? Is this configureable?
Email Password - can it be removed from the Actions dropdown list?
Static URL from the Push Web page actions – Where can we setup the contents if this dropdown?
Self Service Pages from Push Web Page – Can the list be updated to remove webpages that are not needed by the business?
The Open Customer chat list box, what is its function?
The Switch To button-  what does it do?
Category dropdown - where is this set up?
Order ID option box – Can this option group be disabled or hidden from the chat screen?
