PO Keyword Search-Advanced Search Contract Set ID And Contract ID Is Not Working (Doc ID 2007370.1)

Symptoms

When using SES advance search on the Review PO Information Purchase Order Page, the page will return no matching records message when searching on Contract ID

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Review PO information > Purchase Orders, click on Keyword Search Tab and then on Advance Search
2. Enter Contract SetID and Contract ID and click search button
3 . No Matching Values Found
4. Clear out the fields and enter the Contract ID in the Keywords field and the purchase order will be displayed
