Information in this document applies to any platform.
When reviewing information on the Inquire Project/Activities Page (CA_PROJ_ACT_PNL_IC), not all project status values are displayed. Sometimes the project status is blank. This occurs whenever a project has a status that is not included in the list of Translate values defined for the PROJECT_STATUS field in Application Designer.
The Project Status field should display any allowed status value that can be found under the project costing Status Type definition page (Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Project Costing > Project Options > Status Types)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a new project.
- Set the project status to 'Approved' which is a delivered value.
- Navigate to Customer Contracts > Review Contract Information > Project/Activities and review that project.
Due to this issue, some projects will not display a status on the Contracts review Project/Activities page.
