E-MAP: After Clicking on the Approvals Tile, there are Missing Images on the Page Loaded (Doc ID 2007855.1)

Issue:

After clicking on the approvals tile, there are missing images / icons on the page loaded.

The same behaviour is replicable with PT_MAPFLUID layout  initialization URL.  When the PT_MAPFLUID layout  initialization URL is placed in a browser URL, it shows missing images / icons on the page loaded.

Issue occurring on all supported browsers. e.g IE, chrome


The traceSQL for Approval`s page shows the error :-
