When creating time periods to change the start date of future time periods the old time periods are deleted in error.
Per PeopleBooks only the time periods in the span of dates specified on the run control page should be deleted and recreated and it should preserve the older time periods prior to the starting date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. first find a time period that exists and check dates for bi weekly calendar period
2. using run control delete and recreate the calendar using a start date that intersects the middle of an existing period and specify thru future date
3. do quick build first and see results
4. then do same test only using the batch run and confirm whether or not old calendar periods are deleted or not
Due to this issue, they are unable to change the starting date of their weekly time periods for future without losing the original dates of periods in the past.
