Symptoms
After applying the Tax Updates 15-B, when you attempt to add an employment instance, or perform any transaction that uses component interface "CI_JOB_DATA_EMP" the following error occurs:
ERROR
Data being added conflicts with existing data (18,2)
A trace file will show that the system is trying to insert 2 rows into STATE_TAX_DATA.
