ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Hyperlink for the prospect manager which creates an email and is on top of many of the CR pages brings up the first email address for the PM rather than selecting the preferred email address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation would be to have the preferred email address come up.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a number of different email addresses for someone who has the role of PM
2. Go to the person profile page (as an example) and click on the link for the PM which will then create an email using the PMs email address.
3. The email address will be the first record in AV_EMAILADDR_VW.
4. To verify that this is the first record, delete the email address that comes up from the PMs email addresses and try again. You can also set different email addresses as the preferred and you will see that the preferred is NOT what is being selected.
