When execute a performance test with 20 concurrent users, The AddAttachment function stops working across the board (Not just for Candidate gateway..but Any attachment functionality when clicking on attachments anywhere).

There are 100 rows in the table PSPTFILE_PRCS.  In PT 8.51, the process used to clear this table regularly when the table got filled closer to 32000 rows.  But now, there are only 100 rows in the table. The following error displays, even though it should not.

CreateCheckFile (error): Failed to find an available check file name.
ExecuteAddAttachment (error): unable to create check file.
EvalAddAttachment (error): return code (1) indicates attempt to upload file to storage failed.

Once the 100 rows are cleared, the problem goes away.  However when performance test is executed again, with 20 concurrent users, this error displays again.  After this error occurs, the file attachment functionality no longer works.
