Sending a Case Solution Note, While Using Spanish Language Causes Error (Doc ID 2011515.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to email a case solution in Spanish, an error appears:

"No existen definiciones de condiciones o de subplantillas asociadas a este nombre de usuario profereido en el documento o compruebe que existe una definicion de condicion para este usuario preferido."

English Translation:
"There is no condition definition or sub-templates asociated to the preferred username in the document or check if does exists a condition definition for this preferred user."

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an existing case (Support > Search cases)
2. Attach a solution to the case OR create a new adhoc solution from Case > Solution tab.
4. Select the solution and click Email button -- error appears
