When Mass time is run to report time for an employee.
The Mass time writes to reported time table and also to audit table with add
as well as changed rows when no changes are made to the reported time.
actual behavior:
Mass time wites to Audit table with Add and Changed status when reporting
time through Mass time.
Expected Behavior:
When Mass time is run to report time, only Add rows should be written to
audit table.
When the same time is changed trough timesheet or Mass time that when the
changed rows should be written to audit table.
Steps to replicate:
1) select and employee 
2) Run mass time for a day
3) check reported time table 
4) check audit table you will see double the number of rows in reported time
with add and changed status.
